Mr P. S. Joy, the father of Rev. Fr. Alex K. Joy, Vicar of St. George Orthodox Church of Staten Island, New York, passed away in India yesterday. He was 73 years old. Funeral services for the departed will be held on Monday, March 29th, at St. Peter’s Orthodox Church, Kizhavallor.
The funeral service of Mr.Joy will be started in his house (Kureekattil House) at Kizhavalloor, Pathanamthitta on Monday the 29th morning and will be buried at St.Peter’s Orthodox Church Cemetery, Kizhavalloor.
The Northeast American Diocese conveys prayers and heartfelt condolences to the bereaving family.
